Carey Olsen Bermuda debuted at the number one spot in the RG Business Top Ten Employers Awards.Jonathan Howes, chief executive officer of Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd, parent company of The Royal Gazette, congratulated the organisations that made this year’s list.He said: “The purpose of the Top Ten Awards is two-fold. The first is we get to recognise employer excellence in the area of human resources, and the second is that all participants get feedback from their employees in the form of the survey results.“So they get an opportunity to improve over the coming year and participate in the next year, and hopefully move up in the rankings.“The most exciting part of the top ten is the suspense for the nominees. They participate in the survey, they don’t know the results; and we get to see them come and go from the list, they move up they move down, and they get to go back with the feedback and they challenge themselves to do better next year.”The full 2019 top ten is:1, Carey Olsen Bermuda2, Fed Ex Express Bermuda3, Frontier Financial Services4, ABS Limited5, Horseshoe Group6, Warwick Academy7, Bacardi8, Lancashire Insurance9, Fireminds10, Athene Holding
