Nathan Kowalski is the new president of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce. He was previously vice-chairman.

He succeeds Dennis Fagundo, who served as president from April 2019.

The Chamber held its annual general meeting at the weekend.

Mr Kowalski is chief financial officer and senior portfolio manager at Anchor Investment Management Ltd. He has been with the company since 2003.

He is a former president of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Bermuda board, and the former chairman of the Economic Impact Working Group for the SAGE Commission.

Mr Kowalski currently serves on numerous boards including the Bermuda Deposit Insurance Corporation Board, and the Bermuda Public Accountability Board.

He also writes the “Financial Ramblings from the Rock” column in The Royal Gazette.
