Police probe child care bus fire


An investigation was launched after a minibus used by the Happy Valley Child Care Centre in Pembroke was damaged by fire.

The incident was reported to police and firefighters at about 10am on Sunday, but it was thought to have happened at about 3.30am.

A police spokesman said: “The fire is understood to have burnt itself out several hours before the incident was reported to emergency services and several hours before the damaged minibus was discovered.”
