Woman cyclist injured in crash
A bicycle rider suffered serious injuries yesterday after her cycle was in collision with a car yesterday.
A police spokeswoman said: “Details are limited at this time, however, the 27-year-old female pedal cyclist has been transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries, which are believed to be serious.”
The crash happened on Harrington Sound Road, between Paynters Road and Trinity Church Road, Hamilton Parish, just after 3.30pm.
