One of the events going on during the 35th America’s Cup is Bermuda Heroes Weekend.

In its third year, BHW promises to be the best year yet, with the excitement already building ahead of the opening night Five Star Friday on June 16 at 6pm.

This live concert will feature international Soca artists and bands performing the latest hits and older favourites. In our first two years, this has been Bermuda’s largest open air concert entertaining thousands.

On Saturday come out for BHW’s signature event the BHW Raft Up. This event features international DJs entertaining you on our barge, which will be set out on the water.

As usual, this will be one of the most exciting events in Bermuda’s calendar, combining our beautiful waters, great sunshine, fantastic entertainment and much more.

The weekend continues on Sunday, June 18 with Promoter’s Day. There will be various events all over the island with different themes and all providing quality entertainment.

BHW will host Pan In The Park at Victoria Park. This event features steel pan artists from our schools and professionals performing music from all genres. The event is free to the public and starts at 3pm.

The weekend concludes on Monday with Superhero J’Ouvert and the BHW Parade of Bands. J’Ouvert is an all-inclusive event and a playground for grown folks with paint, water, slides and music to keep patrons energised throughout the event. It starts at 3am and ends at 8am so factor in watching a beautiful sunrise.

Parade of Bands will be in Southside again this year featuring thousands of masqueraders in dazzling feathered costumes. Revellers will parade through St David’s following music trucks with the world’s best DJs and artists performing live.

The finale will be set on the beautiful Clearwater Beach with more exciting entertainment, including live artist performances.
