Dear Sir,

It appears from the pages of your esteemed newspaper that the leading segment of Bermudians as well as Mark Pettingill and Leah Scott are in favour of mob rule. For how could one draw any other rational explanation for what took place outside Parliament last Friday?

If it is the mob, then I weep for Bermuda. On the other hand, if your poll was taken before last Friday, it has been overtaken by events and its value is questionable and should be taken with a large pinch of salt.
