Dear Sir,

I live in Pembroke and almost every time it has been a windy day over the past few weeks, someone is flying their kite. It is really annoying.

Just hearing the buzzers on the kite, it sounds like a large mosquito flying around. And they decide to fly it through the afternoon and the night. I can’t leave my window open to enjoy some fresh air — and it’s not even Good Friday yet.

So, please, whoever it is flying their kite, pack it up and fly it when it’s Good Friday, which is only four months away.
