The politicians applying pressure to stop the claim against Lahey Clinic obviously have not had to experience the anguish I had to endure.

Years ago, I had a pain in my shoulder, so my doctor sent me to the Brown clinic for an MRI. While in the machine, the technician was in contact with the Lahey Clinic.

The clinic diagnosed cancer in the shoulder. I was devastated. Two weeks later, I received a call to go to the Brown clinic for another MRI. This time the Lahey Clinic found no trace of cancer and diagnosed a muscle sprain in my shoulder.

What about the two weeks of anguish I experienced?
