Dear Sir,

So tonight Josh was walking past the bus stop at approximately 8pm outside of Admiralty House when he saw a tourist couple waiting for the bus. The last bus leaves Spanish Point at 6pm, so Josh said you need to call a cab and he would do so from our house.

Well, Josh told me this when he walked across the street and I said I would drive them. It turns out that they both work on the Veendam and they wanted to get back to the ship. I dropped them on Front Street after a wonderful chat with them.

The husband tried to give me money, but I told him I did not want his money.

I did my good deed for the day and was left feeling like a Bermuda ambassador.

I love my island.

I felt I would share this on behalf of a good friend who deserves credit (Josh is her son that is all I will say).
