Dear Sir,

A couple of weeks ago, we visited Bermuda where we had not been in 30 years. While there, we hopped on a bus and encountered the world’s best bus driver: Leroy S. Burt.

It was a very busy time of day with standing room only. But no one noticed the lack of seats because Leroy made the journey so pleasant. His smile, energy and willingness to help any and all was contagious.

If all companies had a Leroy S. Burt, this world would be a better place. Thank you Bermuda and thank you Leroy.

We will not wait another 30 years to return. And, hopefully, we will hop on Leroy’s bus again.
