Dear Sir,

I am disgusted at the state of the Belmont ferry dock. The trash bin has been full to overflowing since Monday last week, above.

Some boaters come back after a day out with all their trash and dump it in the bin — beats me why they can’t take it home with them.

Fisherman and alfresco diners use the dock as well and often the bin is already overflowing with trash. The crows and rats have a field day, and scatter the trash all over the place. Then the wind blows it overboard.

Please, will someone take responsibility and empty the bin after the weekend and after public holidays. Thank you.
