Edness helped make island a better place
I have been following the many tributes in your newspaper on the passing of the Honourable Quinton L. Edness.
One of his great contributions to Bermuda was when he was Minister of Works and Housing.
Along with Sir John Swan and Ward Young, chairman of the Bermuda Housing Corporation, he built many homes around the island and afforded many Bermudians the opportunity to own a piece of the rock, and get on the housing ladder.
We are grateful to Quinton for all he did to help to make the island a better place.
