Robert Stewart’s excellent opinion on the proposed changes to the health system did not cover:
1, How many civil servants will be employed to run such a system?
2. What will be the annual cost for salaries, operating expenses, rent, etc?
3. Will such a system guarantee payments within 30 days?
4. What is the anticipated amount that will be added to the national debt?
At present, there are practices that are owed money from Future Care and HIP in excess of six months.
Governments throughout the world are not noted for being the most efficient — there is no competition.
