Lighthouse Medical Supplies partners with Zoll

Lighthouse Medical Supplies today announced a new partnership with global medical equipment supplier Zoll Medical Corporation.

The partnership will increase access to state-of-the-art medical devices for Bermuda’s emergency medical and hospital personnel, Lighthouse said in a statement.

New product lines include automated external defibrillators, rescue systems and ventilators.

Mike Serebrennik, chief operating officer at Lighthouse, said: “Bermuda’s healthcare workers and patients deserve the most effective medical technology.”

Dr Serebrennik added: “Zoll equipment saves lives, and by making it available, we aim to further improve healthcare outcomes in Bermuda.”

The benefits of this new partnership include:

• Increased availability of equipment and spare parts, especially when supply lines are disrupted by pandemics or hurricanes, due to local on-island stock

• More up-time due to responsive local service and support capabilities;

• Ability of healthcare workers and organisations to focus on patient care instead of logistics

Lighthouse is a Bermuda-based medical, long term care, surgical, dental and laboratory supply and equipment provider. The company has served both individual, business and government customers since 2014.
