Two accident victims remain stable

Emergency services help the painter who fell from a ladder yesterday

A 36-year-old man who fell from a ladder while painting a roof remains in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

Police gave the update at 12.45pm today, in relation to the accident at a Bermuda Housing Corporation Unit on St Augustine’s Lane in Pembroke yesterday.

The 53-year-old woman who was hit by a car in the area of Mullet Bay Road, St George’s, late on Tuesday, is also listed as stable in the ICU at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
