Women’s Resource Centre given $9,000 donation

The Kardias Club of Bermuda has presented a cheque for $9,000 to the Women’s Resource Centre.
The funds were raised by the charity’s annual Tea With A Twist event, which also included wine tasting and a white elephant sale.
The Kardias Club, which is made up of professional women dedicated to supporting those in need, also donated $2,000 to the Packwood Home in Sandys. A statement released by the charity said: “The Kardias Club would like to give sincere thanks to all those who have supported through generous donations and kind contributions.”
