The Bermuda Tourism Authority and the Corporation of Hamilton are preparing for their final Bonfire & BBQ, to take place on Front Street tonight.

The free adults-only street festival is set to feature live fire performers, along with s’mores and a washing machine of rum swizzle, along with fire pits, Gombeys and a beer garden.

Food will also be available, with vendors including Jamaican Grill, Grillin Sticks, Sensational Delights and Ashley’s Lemonade taking part.

Pat Phillip-Fairn, chief product and experiences development officer for the BTA, said: “Our goal is visitor events that are authentic and memorable; Bonfires & BBQ hit on both fronts.

“We encourage visitors and locals to come out and enjoy the spectacle. People got a taste on Front Street June 8 and they provided some good feedback. Based on what we heard we expect things to be even better this time.”

The event is scheduled to begin at 7pm.
