Community walk to go ahead on Sunday
The community is invited to celebrate togetherness this weekend with a walk through Hamilton.
The event, Walk Together Bermuda, is set for 2pm this Sunday after being postponed last weekend because of rain.
Organiser Helen Orchard said she was inspired by the example of the late peace activist and former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela.
Ms Orchard hopes the walk will connect people that would not usually have the opportunity to have a conversation “to share and listen and learn”.
