Chef gives cooking class for Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels clients were in for a treat after the charity’s volunteers received cooking classes from top chef Danai Hongwanishkul.
Mr Hongwanishkul, an executive chef at Marcus’ at Hamilton Princess and Beach Club, is providing a series of lessons at the organisation, which gives freshly cooked meals to about 200 vulnerable people. For his first class, the chef led the group in making his signature low sodium jerk chicken with pineapple salsa, with rice and peas.
