Police launched an investigation yesterday after several Warwick residents reported hearing gunshots.

Officers were called to Khyber Heights at about 3.05pm and confirmed that a firearm had been discharged. Police said there were no reports of injuries and detectives, as well as forensic officers, investigated at the scene.
