Visitors to Harbour Nights will be able to enjoy beer and wine on the Pier 6 lawn today.

The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce announced that an “outdoor beer and wine experience” will be introduced to the event series with the assistance of the Island Restaurant Group.

Kendaree Burgess, the CEO of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, said: “The chamber is always looking to add new elements to the Harbour Nights experience.

“The alfresco experience has proven popular in the past, and we expect it to continue to be.

“This year, we have a significant number of additional dining tables at Harbour Nights for families. The outdoor beer and wine area provides an additional new experience for our adult guests.”

The area will be cordoned off and access limited to adults.

A spokeswoman said the proposal will be held on a trial basis this month and could be expanded next year to include food and additional entertainment.

Harbour Nights will run every Wednesday until September 4.
