The head office for Belco will be open during the week for bill payments, it was announced today.The office, located on Serpentine Road in Pembroke, will be open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3pm.Only four people will be allowed in the lobby at a time and face masks and a distance of six feet between people will be mandatory.Customers are asked to pay with debit or credit cards if possible.They can also view and pay their bills online through online banking or by creating an account at www.belco.bm.Online and on-demand credit card fees have been waived to help provide relief during the Covid-19 pandemic.Customers can also contact a customer service representative to help set up an account or view their balance by calling them at 299-2800 between 8.30am and 5pm.An e-mail can also be sent to info@belco.bm to sign up for a free e-billing where bill can be e-mailed to customers.
