The Public Accounts Committee is to convene again, at a public hearing at 2.30pm tomorrow at St Paul African Methodist Church Centennial Hall.

Financial secretary Anthony Manders has been invited to detail Ministry of Finance procedure for overseeing compliance with financial instructions.

Mr Manders is also to discuss “any available register of breaches of financial instructions over recent years”, a spokeswoman for the legislature said.

The PAC’s request for full disclosure of the airport redevelopment deal, including the release of all its schedules, remains in place — and the committee has asked for other documents mentioned at Mr Manders’s last appearance to be brought along.

The meeting will be open to the public.
