Everest Insurance, the insurance division of Bermudian-based Everest Re Group Ltd, has engaged with Dovetail, a Victor company, to offer its workers’ compensation product online, the company announced. Dovetail’s online platform enables agents and brokers to quickly acquire policies for their small commercial clients. The programme is currently available in Illinois, and is expected to roll out in additional states throughout the year. Brian Drum, senior vice-president and head of Everest Underwriting Partners, said: “Dovetail’s agile platform simplifies the quote, bind, and issue process for small workers’ compensation policies. “This initiative with Dovetail continues our efforts to focus on ease of use and streamline the coverage process for our policyholders.
