BRFU chairman Gareth Nokes is “thrilled” at the progress of the Ariel Re High School League, which launched this week having grown from three to five teams.

“This is the third year of the Ariel Re High School League and we’re thrilled with the progress that has been made so far,” Nokes said.

“Through Ariel Re’s generous support we’re able to provide a platform for school teams to have competitive games and overall competition throughout the year.

“It’s grown from three school teams to five schools this year, including an Under-16 and Under-18 division’.

The first round of games takes place today from 5pm at the National Stadium.
