The Nature Valley 5k Road Race, which starts and finishes at Butterfield & Vallis, Orange Valley in Devonshire, will be held on Sunday.

Walkers will set off at 8.15am and runners will start at 8.30am.

All participants will receive a t-shirt and some Nature Valley granola bars.

Ice cold Nature Valley sports towels will be handed out to all participants on the route. All finishers will be eligible for the draw for a Trek Hybrid pedal bike from Winners’ Edge and Sportseller gift certificates.

Prizes will be awarded in the top three men and women in the under-18, 18 –29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60-plus, and the podium finishers in the walking race.

Entry forms are available at the SportSeller and Butterfield & Vallis. Participants can also enter online at www.racedayworld.com. The event is organised by the Mid Atlantic Athletic Club, sanctioned by the Bermuda National Athletics Association.

Paper entries close at 4pm on Friday while the deadline for online entries is 6pm on Saturday. Late registration and number pick-up is from 7am on raceday at Butterfield & Vallis on Orange Valley.
