Berkshire coach on island
The Bermuda Football Coaches Association will host a presentation featuring the head coach of the Berkshire School in Massachusetts at the National Sports Centre Pavilion today.
Charlie Bour, the Berkshire head coach, will provide information for parents and players interested in learning more about the respected New England boarding school. The presentation starts at 5.30pm.
Bour’s talk will include details about the school’s football programme, values, philosophies, recruiting, and college process.
Berkshire have established firm links with Bermuda in recent years, with top players Zeiko Lewis, Justin Donawa and Ahria Simons, a recent graduate, coming through its ranks.
The school’s football programme competes at the championship level, winning the titles in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2016 while earning the No 1 ranking among the nation’s preparatory schools.
