Kyle Lightbourne has warned Mexico “nothing is impossible” as they aim to cause a major upset against the Gold Champions tonight.Concluding their Concacaf nations League group campaign, the two nations will clash at the Estadio Nemesio Díez Stadium in Toluca, where only a draw will guarantee Bermuda finishing above Panama in the three-team group and avoid relegation to League B.Despite being well aware of the daunting task at hand of having to contain an opposition ranked twelfth in the Fifa rankings as well dealing with the added issue of high altitude, Lightbourne is refusing to give up hope of fulfilling their ambition securing survival. We’re all looking forward to the game,” Lightbourne said. “Obviously you’re always a little cautious but we just have to stick to our game plan and try to make fewer individual mistakes that have cost us in the bigger games.“However, nothing is impossible. We know a draw is enough to achieve what we need but we know it is going to be difficult.“We don’t really know what to expect with the altitude, we’ll have to see how that takes its toll on the players. If we can manage that situation properly then I expect us to give a good account of ourselves.“Getting that draw would be huge for all of us.
