Bermuda Thoroughbred Racing’s Great Sound recorded his second win in three races, with a half-a-length victory at Newbury on Friday.

Frankie Dettori guided the 6-4 favourite to a win with plenty in the tank over 5-1 shot Comrade Conrad in the Class 3 Berry Bros. & Rudd Cellar Plan Handicap over 1m 5f.

The John Gosden-trained colt won a Class 5 race over 1m 4f at Chepstow in June before finishing third in a Class Three contest at Salisbury later that month.
