The 2017-2018 cross-country season starts on September 23 with an event at Chaplin Bay in Warwick.

Five races are scheduled in the series leading up to the National Championships on December 2. Other dates for the series are October 7 at Fort Scaur, October 21 at Astwood Park, November 4 at Arboretum and November 18 at Chaplin Bay.

This Sunday sees the Validus Running of the Bulls, hosted by Mid Atlantic Athletic Club.

Meanwhile the Bermuda National Athletics Association will hold four races in a Legends Series to honour former runners. It will start with the Ed Sherlock 10k race on February 11 and followed by the Ray Swan 8k, on March 25, Ludwig Cann 10k, on April 8, and Sir Stanley Burgess 5k, on May 6.
