The lead was extended when Point’s Billy Wotton demolished RAA’s Jacal Washington by 69-2. In the doubles, Spanish Point sealed a win when Orr and Wotton beat Richardson and Washington by 48-30.Watford Sports Club 3 Spanish Point BC One 2Spanish Point’s Todd Dziak drew first blood when he took the first of two frames against Watford’s Keino Zuill by 57-28 at Spanish Point Boat Club.Zuill fought back in the next, clinching a 60-41 victory for Watford Sports Club. Stewart Greenslade restored the lead for Spanish Point when he defeated Watford’s Aaron Bean by 49-30.Winslow Smith levelled the match again for Watford when he beat Point’s Chris Dakin by 69-30 In the doubles, Watford’s Bean and Smith defeated Spanish Point’s Dakin and Greenslade by 52-32.Sandys BC One 4 Warwick WC One 1Martin Siese gave Sandys an early 2-0 lead when he beat Warwick’s Richard Burton 44-3 and 47-38 at Sandys Boat Club.Warwick clawed one back in the next game when Gary Bascombe took out Sandys’ Peter Bromby 45-36. Paul Fedden restored the two-frame lead for Sandys when he overcame Warwick’s Kidd Mouchette by 49-36. In the doubles, Sandys Fedden and Bromby beat Warwick’s Bascombe and Quadroy 70-31.Warwick Workmen’s Club Two 4 Sandys Boat Club Two 1Steven Bremar opened an early two frame lead for Warwick when he beat Sandys Owen Siese 71-18 and 58-31 at Warwick Workmen’s Club.Keith Smith then extended the lead for Warwick when he took out Sandys Tyler Siese on the black, winning the frame 46-44Warwick’s Nadanja Bailey made it four when he defeated Sandys Chris Bromby by 44-18In the doubles, Sandys managed to avoid the whitewash, however, when Bromby and Tyler Siese beat Warwick’s Smith and Bailey by 51-17.
