Sutherland leads local contingent

Tracey Sutherland led home a group of athletes from Bermuda at the Virgin Money London Marathon.
Sutherland went through the halfway mark in 1hr 45min 53sec, before completing the race in 3:34:15., to finish 207th in the 40-44 age division, and 7,067th overall.
Colm Holman finished in 3:43:33, just ahead of Mark Harris who ran 3:43:38.
The race was won by Kenya’s Daniel Wanjiru in 2:05:48, with Mary Keitany, also from Kenya, first woman in 2:17:01.
Other Bermuda finishers were Laura Keyes in 4:00:34, Johann Hunter in 4:21:46, Andy McComb in 4:23:16, Dawnella Mason in 4:25:25, Alison Green in 4:34:01, Terri Durrant in 4:37:05, and Vanessa Conway in 4:46:59.
