Watlington Water shares surge

It was a big day for Watlington Water as shares worth more than $2 million traded
Watlington Water soared more than 34 per cent on extraordinarily high volume in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading today.
The utility gained $7 to close on $27.50 after 75,000 shares traded for more than $2.06 million.
On the New York Stock Exchange the Bank of Butterfield shed 49 cents, or 1.52 per cent, to $31.75, 25 cents above the bank’s BSX share price.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 6.91 points, or 0.36 per cent, at 1,945.69.
