January 6, 2011Dear Sir,I was impressed with the Lamb Foggo Urgent Care facility at Southside, St David's when I visited there on Sunday January 2, 2011 after my mother, who is visiting from the United States, had a medical emergency and required urgent medical attention. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Johan Prinsloo, nurse Becky Carey and assistant latcmarine and the receptionist on duty between 4pm and 6pm for the superb care they provided to my mother. Thank you also to the security personnel for their assistance.There is a detective constable who deserves a special thank you for the much needed assistance that he provided at a crucial moment, and he is my brother DC Don DeSilva. There's never a dull moment for policemen (even when they're off duty and on vacation).I hope that the folks in the east end of the Island appreciate this first-class facility, as much as I do, and make good use of it, if and when the need arises.The credit must be extended to Dr Ewart Brown and those who assisted in making this facility operable.JENNIFER CAINESDevonshire
