July 23, 2013Dear Sir,For Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner to say “not having a shirt on cannot be considered an offence” is bewildering to me. I thought it was against the law to go shirtless on Bermuda’s public streets, but I guess these types of “old fashioned laws” are now obsolete. Therefore I assume that should a woman appear in a public place without a shirt, she would also be allowed to do so. So come on all you fat, hairy, big-bellied men, throw off your shirts and walk the streets of Hamilton with pride!
