A 21-year-old Southampton man has pleaded not guilty to having sex with a minor.

The girl involved is between the ages of 14 and 15, and the alleged incident is said to have taken place on an unknown date in January. For legal reasons, neither the complainant nor the defendant can be named.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo yesterday released the accused on $5,000 bail with a like surety, and ordered him to return to court for mention on August 25.
