Education minister Wayne Scott met students last week at a summer camp for science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics, also known as “Steam”.
Sixty-three youngsters have enrolled in various programmes at CedarBridge Academy, including a gaming academy and a performing arts course.
The “Steam” camp will culminate in a student showcase next Tuesday from 7pm at the school’s Ruth Seaton James Centre for Performing Arts.
Tickets, $35 apiece, are available at from CedarBridge Academy.
