Edward Doe has resigned as director of Solar Enterprises Limited and Nicolas B. Dill has resigned as president and secretary of the company.

Although Mr. Dill has resigned as president and secretary he retains his position as a director. Peter A. S. Pearman was appointed as president and secretary of Solar Enterprises and Gregory Toloram was appointed a vice president of the company.

Robert Robellato has been appointed to the position of senior vice president in the property division of ACE Bermuda Insurance Limited.

Mr. Robellato will assume responsibility for the management of Ace Bermuda's global property and first party speciality lines business and will report to President and CEO of ACE Bermuda Rees Fletcher.

Mr. Rebellato succeeds Chris Fisher, who was recently appointed to the position of executive vice president, ACE Energy within ACE USA.

"Robert brings a wealth of underwriting and management experience to his new position," Mr. Fletcher said. "I look forward to working with him as he leads the continued development of our property underwriting team."

Mr. Rebellato has over 20 years of international property underwriting experience and has held positions in Toronto, London, Dublin, Zurich and Bermuda.

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from McGill University and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada. He joined ACE in 2002 from XL Capital.

He previously worked for FM Global and the Industrial Risk Insurers.
