Independent Consulting Solutions yesterday announced the recent appointments of Mourad Yemmi as a Senior Lotus Notes Consultant and Svetoslav Gavrilov as Senior Technical Consultant.

A statement from ICS, a Bermuda-based technology services consulting company, said Mr. Yemmi joins the company from TD Bank Financial in Toronto.

He brings more than ten years experience in systems engineering, management, architecture and technical analysis.

In his new role, Mr. Yemmi will be responsible for the administration and development of Lotus Notes Solutions and will be providing extensive consultation services for Microsoft Windows.

Mr. Gavrilov joins ICS from CTEC-BG in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he was a consultant and certified Microsoft instructor.

Mr. Gavrilov managed and implemented large projects collapsing 13 domains into one active directory to increase ease of management and efficiency.

In his new role, Mr. Gavrilov will be responsible for the designing and implementing of all Microsoft and Cisco solutions, acting as a project manager and providing hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to ICS clients.
