Axis Capital has increased its funding for a programme that teaches young people about their feelings.

The Paths (Promoting Alternating Thinking Strategies) initiative, which is run by Pride Bermuda, is designed to provide a foundation of prevention for students who decide to be free of drugs.

The programme teaches the young people how to label and recognise feelings in themselves and in others and how to healthfully manage emotions.

They also learn how to build self-management skills, empathy and resiliency.

Axis Capital has increased its funding to $15,000 as participation in the programme grows.
