The Development Applications Board approved the second phase of the seven storey office building for XL Property Holdings.

Meanwhile, plans to build a warehouse at Baptiste Builders Supply on Khyber Pass were refused by the board.

The board said access to the site was unsuitable to the proposed growth from the new building.

And plans from the Bermuda Land Development Company to renovate a Southside building have been deferred.

The aim is to convert the Corregidor Avenue site into offices with new parking area, entrance and elevator.

But the decision was put on hold pending the submission of a landscaping scheme for the site.
