An exclusive development in Tuckers Town will be ready by autumn, The Royal Gazette can reveal.

The beach front houses are being built on the grounds of the Pink Beach Club and the agents for the site, The Property Group, believe they will be snapped up.

Priced between $1.9 million and $2.3 million, the three and four bedroomed houses are built around a pool and will look on to a private beach.

The development, called Hidden Cove, has 19 separate apartments in five different buildings.

But the estate agents believe that the real pull will be the hotel services which are offered to all residents.

These include room service, chambermaid facilities and all standard facilities of the Pink Beach Club.

The home owners will also have their buildings and grounds maintained by the hotel.

And they will have the use of a maid service, tennis courts, in-room breakfast service and in-room spa treatments.

The brochure states: "Within each residence, the scale of the rooms matches that of the most gracious home. At the site, landscaping has begun and the pool is being built in preparation for the sales of three of the five blocks that will be ready in fall.
