The re-opening party of the Deep Lounge and Club and Lido Restaurant

09.02.06: A cross-range of Bermuda turned out for this party to celebrate the re-opening of the beachside club which has been closed since Hurricane Fabian.

The scene: Owners MEF Ltd. pulled out all the stops for this major event. MEF arranged for the chefs from all of the restaurants it owns in Bermuda to cook up a storm so guests were well fed as they nursed back cosmopolitans, champagne and various other complimentary drinks. The purpose of the evening was to re-introduce the crowd to the new and improved Deep which features comfy lounge areas, a defined dance floor, high tech audio and visual systems, improved service areas and a cool back room with leather floors. The new Deep aims to please more people more of the time with such events as poker and Latin lounge nights now on the weekly schedule.

The Style: With a more mature crowd on hand, the look of the evening was business rather than nightclub.
