Men’s group to be launched
A new men’s group will be launched tomorrow, with the aim of bringing men together from all walks of life to support one another.
Brothers of Bermuda will bring men together through teamwork on “spiritual, financial, legal, medical, occupational, educational, social” issues, the organisation announced.
“As brothers, they will not only share tools to enrich family life, but will also organise social activities together, pray together and simply bond as brothers. They are just a simple network of brothers supporting each other, wanting to make a difference, regardless of race, colour, creed or religion.”
The public launch will be held at the Anglican Cathedral, from 12.30pm to 1.30pm and will also pay tribute to senior school head boys and deputy head boys.
Participating schools include CedarBridge Academy, Bermuda Institute, Warwick Academy, the Berkeley Institute, Saltus Grammar School and Mount St Agnes.
The students were praised for setting an example as well as “setting the pace” for young men.
