Kevin Dale Abbott, of Black Bay Southampton, denied the impaired driving charge in Magistrates' Court, but he admitted the latter charge.
Police prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant told the Court that Police noticed a man riding a motorcycle in an unstable manner east on Middle Road in Sandys Parish during the early hours of the morning on February 2.
Abbott, a fisherman, told Magistrate the Wor. Cheryl Ann Mapp he had been fishing all day and was tired. Mrs. Mapp fined him $400 and disqualified him from driving all motor vehicles for a year.
