$25 million Italian Palazzo on Harrington Sound is on the market.

Owned by Canadian multi-millionaire Rockwell Schirallli and his wife Sammy, visitors could be forgiven for thinking they were staying at one of the famous Lake Como homes once they crossed a bridge leading to the Smith's home.

It is based on a style created by famous Italian architect Andrea Palladio, who created villas for the Venetian aristocracy in the 16th Century."There's nothing built in this house that I didn't want and there is nothing that Iwanted in this house that isn't here," Mr. Schirallli said. "The one thing my wife said when we were buying property here was 'it has to have sunsets'. "What a lot of people don't realise is that the houses in Tucker's Town don't get the sunset.
