One shares up 1.3%

Shares of One Communications Ltd rose five cents, or 1.3 per cent, to $4 after 23,700 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
Argus Group Holdings Ltd also rose five cents, or 1.8 per cent, to $2.81 after 2,000 shares changed hands.
On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were up 17 cents, or 0.66 per cent, at $26.01.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Insurance Index was up 1.69 points, or 0.09 per cent, at 1,855.56, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 27.93 points, or 2.03 per cent, at 1,344.96.
