Woman fined for excessive dog barking

A 79-year-old St George’s woman has been fined $300 for keeping a dog that repeatedly barked, annoying neighbours.

Appearing in Magistrates’ Court this morning, Yulisse Tucker-Carlington pleaded guilty to the offences, which took place between March 27 and May 5 in St George’s.

Tucker-Carlington admitted that her Yorkshire Terrier “Cutie” was perhaps not as well trained as he should be and that the noise he makes can be annoying.
