Studio art student Nalani Dowling, videography and photography student Kyle Simmons and singer Kioshi Burgess will get support from Clarien Bank through its 4th annual Inspiration Scholarship awards.

Clarien chief marketing officer Michael DeCouto said: “It is an honour to be able to bring recognition to the artistic youth of Bermuda.”

He added: “The entire Clarien Bank team is pleased to be able to ensure that our legacy of giving back is upheld.”

Ms Dowling is studying at Atlanta’s Spelman College, while Mr Simmons is at OCAD University in Toronto.

Mr Burgess is a student at the Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music, in Hollywood, California.

Mr DeCouto said “This year’s award recipients were exceptionally talented and were enthusiastic about furthering their education.

“We wish them the greatest academic success and encourage them to strive not only to be successful but to continue to be creative.”
