Edmondo Faria stands outside his home which took second place honours in Belco's sixth annual festival of lights competition in the Eastern parishes. Mr. Faria's home is Casa Nova on Fourth Avenue in Devonshire.

Mr. and Mrs. Howard Mitchell (pictured) took first place in the Central Parishes.
